A Simple Hello – Character Illustration & Sequential Comic Storytelling

Some beautiful stories begin with the smallest moments.

A Simple Hello is an original comic illustration project that explores a sweet, relatable first encounter between two young adults in a library. Through expressive character illustrations, engaging dialogue, and carefully arranged comic panels, I brought this little romantic moment to life.

The project focuses on character development, facial expressions, visual storytelling, panel composition, and emotional connection. Each scene captures a different moment, allowing readers to follow the characters’ interaction naturally.
