Residential Benfica 300 is a housing complex developed with a focus on providing residential units at different scales, designed to accommodate diverse family configurations. As a result, the apartment layouts vary in size and arrangement to respond to different living needs.
The project also prioritizes shared and collective spaces that strengthen community life. These include a study room, children’s area, computer lab, collective laundry, social lounge, event space, meeting rooms, an atelier, a community kitchen, swimming pool, and outdoor resting areas, in addition to a community garden.
Sustainable strategies were incorporated, such as a green roof, contributing to environmental performance and user well-being. The ground floor features commercial spaces, creating an active frontage that encourages pedestrian circulation and interaction between the building and the surrounding urban context.
