    paper Board of Innovation Rebranding

    After rapid growth in 2020, Board of Innovation sought to clarify its brand position, shifting from an innovation facilitation company to a full-fledged global innovation consultancy. This brand refresh was developed in collaboration with DesignStudio, resulting in a new strategic positioning and a visual language that captured BOI’s new direction: Make what life needs next.
    I was brought in to oversee the final phases of the collaboration with DesignStudio and to execute the new brand implementation. As Senior Graphic Designer, I led the redesign of all touchpoints and visual assets, while also championing brand adoption across the organization. This included running workshops, coaching teams, and supervising materials to ensure brand integrity. Additionally, I consulted on design, innovation, and research projects across all continents, contributing directly to BOI’s mission of delivering impactful innovation.
    Once the rebranding was complete, I helped design and launch BOI’s key marketing campaigns for the following year.

    In spring 2024, I was asked by Nemesis Studio to consult in a rebranding project for one of their most recent clients, Latech, a Tunisine technology-driven scale-up that needed to reposition itself from a nearshore provider to tech partner of choice in the European IT services market. I came on board during the end of the strategy design phase, with the goal of helping the project succesfully connect the newly created brand strategy with the design execution. I worked for one month with the Nemesis design team to redesign the entire identity, across its main elements. After the brand design was complete, I took on the redesign of the client’s website, the core reputational touchpoint for the new brand.
