I oversaw the management of the digital marketing application (Bread King with Sysmo), in-app sales, promotions, banners, push messages, and other services, CRM updates, promotions, and customer contact. I created graphic design materials for internal and external use and provided technical support to approximately 40 internal employees. I was responsible for systems monitoring, internal CCTV monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the network infrastructure, including cameras and analog and IP operating systems.
I managed server access (AzureAD with OneDrive, Office, and Logon), provided remote support via AnyDesk for factory stores, managed email accounts and digital signatures, oversaw the IT equipment of the franchisor and 8 company-owned stores, as well as 10 franchised stores, and provided support to franchisees. I managed the inclusion of outsourced printing and maintained supervision, application administration via CRM SYSMO, digital signature of franchise agreements, and corporate mobile device management. I created graphic art. international and promotional videos for all stores as well as for advertising in third-party stores, I monitored systems performance and managed security cameras and telephone systems for approximately 40 internal employees, managed email servers, data and websites, I was also responsible for the administration of the websites breadking.om.br and franquiabreadking.com.br as well as campaigns on Rd Station, through website forms, Facebook campaigns, maintenance and constant updating on websites, mail marketing, among others.
