Built the VLM photo-verification pipeline (Claude Opus Vision, Pinecone retrieval) with LLM-as-judge evaluators (Arize AX, GitHub Actions) calibrated to κ ≥ 0.80 against a human golden set before any verdict could trigger payment. Automated field-to-payment operations with 111 n8n workflows (49 in production), version-controlled with staging-to-production promotion. Designed a 5-role, 2-step payment approval chain (progress certification, then handover sign-off: Opname, BASTP). Shipped chat-first evidence capture over WhatsApp and Telegram (Botpress, OpenInference tracing) on Vercel, Supabase and a 3-VPS WireGuard mesh.
