This project entailed a strategic study to enhance the urban and cultural landscape of Debdou, a city rich in heritage. My role involved developing sustainable urban planning solutions that preserve the historical essence of the area while promoting its growth and appeal to both residents and tourists. This project emphasized my expertise in urban heritage conservation, as well as my ability to create development plans that respect and celebrate local culture.

In collaboration with the Oujda Fine Arts Institute, this project centered on creating a meaningful public art installation for the Regional Library. Our design fused sculptural art with architectural elements, enhancing the library’s cultural appeal while fostering a unique visual experience for visitors. This project highlighted my ability to integrate artistic expression with architectural design, adding cultural value to urban spaces.

This innovative project focused on revitalizing Oujda Train Station through video mapping. I worked on creating an immersive digital experience that celebrates the station’s historical and cultural significance. The installation aimed to enrich travelers’ experience and promote local heritage, showcasing my skills in merging technology and visual storytelling to elevate public spaces.

In collaboration with IFMEREE, this project involved the architectural concept design of an ecological tourist lodge in Gafait. The “ZA House” is conceived as a sustainable retreat that harmonizes with its natural surroundings while offering modern comforts. This project demonstrates my commitment to eco-friendly architecture, focusing on energy efficiency and environmental integration to enhance the experience of eco-tourism in the region.

This award-winning project involved a comprehensive approach to enhancing the city of Oujda’s urban environment. My team and I designed a plan to rejuvenate the “3 Mars” square, creating a welcoming and dynamic entry point at the north of Oujda. By focusing on public space aesthetics, accessibility, and community engagement, we successfully transformed the area into a vibrant hub that serves both residents and visitors.

This project reimagines the Saidia Medina as a year-round attraction, transforming it into a vibrant destination beyond the summer season. Inspired by the charm of traditional medinas, our design concept integrates new structures with authentic branding to capture visitors’ interest and encourage longer stays. By enhancing the consumer experience, the revitalized Saidia Medina includes a mix of boutique shops, artisanal spaces, and diverse dining options, strategically crafted to engage visitors and support local businesses. This modern “mini medina” fosters a continuous flow of tourism, making Saidia a memorable and sustainable destination for all seasons.
