I am an interior designer with a degree in Interior Design from Vilnius Academy of Arts. I have experience in developing design concepts, preparing 2D and 3D solutions, and producing technical drawings. During my internship at MBUNDO Architectural Studio, I contributed to commercial projects and assisted with design concepts and technical drawings. Over the past four years, I have also been working in customer support at Vinted, where I developed strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. My responsibilities extended beyond standard support tasks to include onboarding new team members, mentoring colleagues through the “buddy” program, leading training sessions on internal tools and documentation, and participating in the hiring process.
