    uniE621 Magazine for Vodafone
    As Creative Director of theFarm, I was briefed by Vodafone to conduct a design-audit and redesign proposal for all of their Czech monthly promotions. Reluctant to redesign a vast, and wasteful, monthly list of promotional print literature, I completely rethought the brief. Having worked extensively in Prague, I had observed Czech youth spending a lot on very expensive imported UK magazine content, and so proposed a new solution to the retail literature problem: create a Czech fashion and culture magazine which included all of Vodafone’s promotions, and offered Czech teens and twenties quality content in their own language, by writers and critics from their culture. Strategically designed content builds loyalty, and boosts revenue for clients. The numbers tell the story...

    I worked with former F1 engineer Paddy Lowe to develop a visual identity for his innovative zero-carbon green fuel technology. I designed all of the visual assets with which to brief his team to generate collateral and generate investment. Following a successful investment, I now art-direct branded communications, including video, digital, print and internal documents.

    Freeformers was created as a digital training programme for deprived teenagers. They design fast-track coding courses and secure commercial placements for students in organisations such as Barclays, Google and John Lewis. I was briefed to create an identity system to include their master brand and various product & programme identities. The Freeformers team wanted the brand to bring to life the idea of transformation, and digital interaction. These were a set of posters and postcards used as part of the brand awareness campaign.

    This project reviewed all of American Golf’s brand assets, in light of a newly defined brand positioning and commercial objective. I redrew the logo, creating cleaner shapes for each letter, and replacing the ‘star spangled’ ball icon with a more elegant, modern execution. The primary output of the project was a comprehensive interactive brand manual, enabling all internal stakeholders and suppliers to fully grasp the brand positioning, values & attributes, and then to execute all manner of branded communications. The marketing team at American Golf combine a major online presence with a roll-out of new, premium retail outlets all over the UK. So I developed an identity system which works seemlessly across both key environments
