Hi, I’m Frida Modén Treichl, a professional musical theatre performer, vocalist, and composer with nearly two decades of experience leading major productions across Sweden. Notable roles include Bobbie in Company, Maria in The Sound of Music, Sally Bowles in Cabaret, and Florence in Chess. I also work as a sound designer, dialogue editor, and music producer using Logic Pro. I balance my stage work with composing for contemporary dance, producing my own podcast, and releasing original music as a streaming artist. Diagnosed with ADHD at age 22, I’ve spent 18 years lecturing at music universities and art schools throughout Sweden on navigating creativity and musicality with ADHD. I bring curiosity, a rapid learning pace, and a collaborative spirit to every project. My work spans performance, composition, and sound design, and I enjoy sharing knowledge through workshops and teaching roles while continuing to push creative boundaries in theatre and beyond.

During an intensive 6-week sound design vocational training program with BeLicensed in Sweden, I conceptualized and executed the sound design for a commercial project. Working with a pre-recorded voiceover track, I engineered, layered, and mixed all environmental assets, foley, and sound effects to create a seamless, narrative-driven final mix
