Having led Information Security, IT, and QA, I have a long history of risk awareness and management, with a lot of emphasis on working collaboratively with colleagues and clients alike to ensure all stakeholders understand quality and security challenges and the impact of decisions being made of discussed. My experience creating, building and transforming functions helps me to manifest a culture of awareness and to successfully implement the processes, policies and procedures necessary to meet the needs of the business. I have successfully delivered ISO 27001 successively over several years, growing into becoming the key security reference for all projects, tools and suppliers. My experience has given me deep insight into both technical and business decision making and impact, and I thrive in building effective, efficient processes that mitigate risks whilst accommodating the needs of the team and wider business.
