Organizational skills in time management, and task management. Building a client-team work process. Experience — teaching, B2B, and project management — will improve your product. Digital analysis of competitors, structuring information, the ability to keep the audience's attention, and team management. Since my last job, I've been working for 3 months freelancing (full-time) on several projects in Lisbon, Portugal. I've completed projects
and collaborated with the team to validate the design hypothesis about user behaviours. We shared insights within the product team, focusing on making improvements based on these insights. We've developed (Me and Lead Product designer, Senior, and Front-end) 3 main projects. The projects were starting from scratch and from the Brief (the project of co-working from Netherlands/Belgium; part of project co-working "Open Innovation"; project of real estate a housing development company based in Belgium. Banners for SEDS. My process work was: analysing the Brief that was compiled by the CEO, researching the competitors, UX (sitemap, designing great UX with a focus on increasing customer loyalty), UI, Design system, visuals and communication. I've worked on team projects for new products and services available to clients. I've worked with their UI kit and components, and I also created new components, auto layouts, and compositions. A great user experience builds trust and is the core of the approach. Usability is particularly important in web-based projects as it directly affects how users access the information clients provide, often determining the success or failure of the project. I’m improving with the help of literature, courses, free webinars, and articles related to UX / UI, politics, and travel. Teamwork and respect from colleagues. I would work for a startup. Become part of a team and implement a socially significant product.

**Role in the project:** - Working with the Brief that was compiled by the Head of designer - Creating UX and UI elements **Executive summary** The purpose of the survey, like previous SOIT surveys and State of Development Time, is to establish a recurring program with an annual report in the vein of Puppet’s State of DevOps and Segment’s State of Personalization that can raise awareness and position Name as an industry thought leader. The results of this survey will be published in Q2 2022. **Background** We liked the 2021 SOIT design and don’t want to reinvent the wheel–we just want to iterate on 2021’s design so that it feels fresh. The refresh should still be in Web page format like in 2021. **Let’s work in 2 stages:** 1. Create light branding for the report: palette, style As discussed on our call, we want to use the “expanded” the name brand colors, with the idea that the report as independent research - so has a separate identity, while still fitting with our overall brand 2. Create charts and insert copy into the design #webdesigner #designer
