Gregory Parrish who is affectionately known as “Mr. Executive” is an Composer and Music Producer from Bowie, MD. He has been playing instruments since the age of 8 years old. His first instrument was the drums and then moved to playing the bass guitar at 12 years old. As an adolescent/teenage years his musical inspirations came from all genres of music. His sole playing was mainly in the Gospel arena where he served as a musician under the leadership of his parents whom both served as ministers in the church in the Washington Metropolitan area. In his travels from church, he remained under the leadership of his mom and dad as his dad was elevated to the Assistant Pastor role and mom as the Minister of Music at their home church in Silver Spring, MD. Greg musical career as afforded him opportunities to play in various states throughout the US and overseas performing on big stages with other “A” list gospel recording artists such as Tye Tribbett, Shirley Caesar, Mighty Clouds Joy, Byron Cage, Sensational Nightengales, Canton Spirituals, Lee Williams and Spiritual QCs and a television appearance on the GospelFest. His ability also afforded him with several opportunities to play on several records as a guest musician for a plethora of record labels. Greg has scored two (2) movies, “Unhinged Love” and “Entitled” in 2024 and 2025. He’s currently in production for another movie and producing records for several new artists whose music is guaranteed to hit the Billboard charts. Greg aspires to make universal history while leaving an indelible legacy that will be remembered and cherished by everyone.
