Built API infrastructure with FastAPI, and data pipelines with ZenML and Hugging Face embeddings, leveraging LLMs with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to automate conversions through chatbots and optimize business communications. Implemented full-stack tooling including Next.js, React, TypeScript, Python, Claude, GPT, Copilot and Grok. Took initiative in customer support and DevOps, improving UI and deployment processes even without a formal role; the startup eventually closed.
