I’m Margaux Ednalaga and to introduce myself, I graduated with a Bachelor of Science Major in Psychology from Far Eastern University - Manila. Throughout studying college, we experience understanding and learning different behaviors and dealing with people especially emotionally which helped me in my current work also by dealing with people with empathy even if the medical field is not related to my program. I can say that I can communicate with empathy which is required especially when dealing with customers or patients. I’m also proficient in technical platforms because we use Microsoft office, Social media, and website for our daily transactions and communication with patients. My work was in Vitalcheck Diagnostic Manila which is located in Sta. Cruz Manila and we were in rotational posts. My first post was handling the approval of a patient's medical insurance. I used to handle financial transactions including cash and digital payments using a POS system. I also used to encode their personal information and their test laboratory to proceed within the day. And my last two posts were assisting cardio doctors by sending patient’s studies for them to generate readings and results.
