Led the design of the 2024 Olympic Tech Suits with high-impact, performance-driven artwork. Managed and mentored a Textile Artist, guiding workload and ensuring seasonal goals and deadlines were met. Conceptualized and executed original prints across swimwear, performance apparel, graphic tees, footwear, and hard goods. Co-developed seasonal color direction and narratives, translated trend research into concept boards, and engineered repeats and layouts for various printing techniques. Created production-ready markers and layouts, built dynamic color stories aligned with brand vision, and executed color matching and reduction to optimize production. Produced in-house fabric printouts to refine color accuracy, partnered with overseas factories to maintain design integrity, and managed multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
