I’m Gerard Delaney, a front-end designer/developer who creates functional, visually engaging experiences that prioritize user-friendly interfaces while meeting business goals. I enjoy crafting clean, responsive designs and robust front-end implementations that look great on any device.
I rely on analytics and data-driven optimization to keep projects on track. By monitoring performance with tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Google Search Console, I iteratively test ideas and refine experiences to drive meaningful results.
As also a graphic designer, I am self-sufficient and flexible in creating web graphics with site optimization in mind.

(US-based credit counseling site, including financial education center containing online information, PDFs, online course modules, and free credit counseling. EN and ES languages)
For this site, I created the overall branded color palette and initial treatment of content blocks. Graphically, I have created multiple internal banners, as well as video work within the Financial Resource Center. I also developed the strategy and was responsible for managing and maintaining several Google Tag Manager containers, to streamline various scripts and tracking pixels based on purpose (main site, PPC traffic, as well as affiliate traffic under other branded domains). This strategy served to both improve site speed as well as avoid any negative effects that may come from a marketing affiliate’s tracking scripts.
On the Members’ Portal, the company implemented my proposed “Member Referral Program,” having recipients of the debt management program get credit, via incentive for successful referral enrollments to the program.
Using Google’s analytics tools in addition to WAVE tool for ADA compliance monitoring, Ahrefs, and Semrush, I constantly monitored for issues which I would present to the various content teams (the site has both English and Spanish versions), to negate any items that would negatively affect site score, ADA compliance, and SEO ranking, as well as uncover any new/fringe keyphrase opportunities.
Using local/session storage, I captured useful user metrics to pass between various page types (i.e. from a PPC campaign to the main site), to ensure proper attribution when conversion took place after first touch, as well as add to Google Analytics reporting for identifying different user/potential client buckets, to support the marketing team.
I was the creator for the imagery for this new agey, ethereal group, The Spirit Level “Of Earth and Sky.” I was given creative freedom and a sample disc of the music tracks. This was the result, and the client and record company were both very pleased.
(KOFE - Knowledge Of Financial Education, is a business financial product for companies to offer their employees. It includes the full financial education center as Consolidated Credit, but is co-branded for each business)
I developed the branded color palette, and designed the internal course iconography for the site’s LearnDash course modules. Being a B2B SaaS product, I also handled onboarding of new business partners and setup automated monthly statistical reports from Google Data Studio to distribute to each stakeholder, to monitor activity within the platform.
I designed this clean, minimal design site to showcase this nonprofit’s educational services, with a secondary focus on lead generation. It serves as outreach for free financial counseling offers in both housing and credit card debt.
