Role profile: I was previously contracting with Ofgem – the energy regulator for Great Britain. In this role, I led the content design practice throughout the Discovery phase of the Fixed Price Certificates (FPC) project. My work in the programme aimed to simplify trading in the energy market for renewable generators to prevent market volatility. This work also helped protect industry confidence and supports efforts to reduce consumer household energy bills. In this role, I helped redesign the online CICA application form to be completed by people applying for compensation after they had been the victims of a crime in the UK. All content work was intended to enable the victims of crime in the United Kingdom to apply for compensation directly from the UK Government.
