    For this project, the focus was on rebranding the media representation of the historic Civic building, which dates back to 1906 and underwent renovations to embrace an avant-garde aesthetic. Drawing inspiration from its historical significance and modern renovations, I infused a contemporary touch by incorporating a simple thin frame design that remained consistent across all media platforms. This frame structure served as a unifying element, ensuring that content placement was standardized across posters and other media materials. The key innovation lay in tailoring the artwork to each specific play while maintaining consistency in layout and placement within the frame. Collaborating closely with directors and the production management team allowed me to gain a clear understanding of the thematic essence of each play. This insight guided the creation of visuals that not only captured the unique spirit of each production but also conveyed a clear and compelling message from a distance. By combining historical context with modern aesthetics and play-specific artwork, the rebranded media kit now communicates with clarity and impact, making it easier for audiences to understand and connect with the plays showcased by the South Bend Civic Theatre.…
