    CineNow Mobile App for users to discover and see which movies are in theaters, find out details, trailers, cast information, buy tickets and reserve their seats, all in seconds. Job: Redesign the CineNow app to enable users to easily find their movies at the cinema, view details and buy their tickets. What I did: I was responsible for the UX Research and Design. Responsible for defining the user flows, information architecture and UX / UI design. I also created interactive prototypes where it was possible to test and validate the solution with real users and make the necessary adjustments before the final version. The design was made according to user needs and business goals, through Lean UX. My role: UX & UI Designer Results: The new version of the CineNow App was tested with a high-fidelity prototype with more than 50 users through usability tests and interviews. Users loved the new version and were able to purchase tickets for their desired movies 250% faster than in the previous version. The new look is also more attractive and interactive for more than 90% of users.     Nutre MUAC is an App designed and developed for UNICEF to register and monitor cases of malnutrition in children and pregnant & lactating women in the Dominican Republic. Checkout my Design Process (Video): https://youtu.be/knBbrxwgbM4?si=keWpsLElMpkHYiNF Job: Design and develop an app for Android & iOS and Web-Portal to register and manage cases of malnutrition in children and pregnant & lactating women to be used by healthcare professionals in the Dominican Republic. What I did: I was responsible for the design, development and project management. Design: Responsible for defining the different flows, information architecture and UX / UI design. Conducted co-creation sessions with stakeholders and health professionals. I also created interactive prototypes where it was possible to test and validate the solution with real users and make the necessary adjustments before developing it. The design was made according to user needs and business goals, through Lean UX. Project Development & Management: Responsible for developing and managing a team of 6 programmers to develop the app for Android and Apple platforms. The development was made using agile methodology and with several interactions with stake holders and users, delivering products in sprint rounds. Results: The App and Web Portal were designed to guide the user in a simple and intuitive way to register cases, mitigating filling errors. Due to the ease of use of the App, users and organizations quickly adopted the App to treat malnutrition in the country. The goal of registering cases of Children and Women was exceeded by more than 200% in a few months of use. Supervisors at different levels now have real-time access to the country's malnutrition data and can take strategic measures to solve the problem. App satisfaction rating on Google Play and Apple Store is always close to 5 stars and with thousands of downloads. In the Dominican Republic it is already in the TOP 8 of free Apps in the health/medicine category. The App was so successful that it attracted the interest of other countries that would like to implement the solution. It is very gratifying to be able to improve the quality of life of children and women who suffer from malnutrition through design and technology :) Data Collected: 1.7k Organizations using the solution +5k Registered users +20k Cases of Women being treated +80k Cases of Children being treated About the client UNICEF works in over 190 countries and territories to reach the most disadvantaged children and adolescents – and to protect the rights of every child, everywhere.     Design and Prototype a user-oriented and more friendly App that allows clients to connect with financial coaches for free of cost, empowering communities with financial dignity. The challenge now was to redesign and make the application user-oriented and more friendly, offering a modern, intuitive and immersive design to facilitate and streamline users’ tasks and increase the connection between them and their coaches. What I did: I was responsible for the design, new user flow and interactive prototype, with which I was able to carry out usability tests and validate the new concept. The design was made according to user needs and business goals, through Lean UX. My role: UX & UI Designer Results: The new HOPE in Hand App increased engagement and made the user experience better. The new App gives the community more financial empowerment to overcome the most different challenges. The number of Downloads and usage statistics increased after the new version. The system should offer several tools for lawyers to find, work and manage their cases easily and intuitively. What I did: Prototype & responsive Website Design according to user needs and business goals, through UX Research and Agile Methods. My role: UI & UX Designer Results: The New Justice Server Portal has increased the conversion rate and retention of new users. User feedback is very positive and the new tools enable them to find new opportunities and work more efficiently on their cases, reducing the time spent on each case and increasing the impact of their work. The project attracted new partners to the cause, such as: Microsoft, Salesforce, American Bar Association, Capital One and many others. Like a good digital project, it's never finished and gets better with each new iteration with the people who matter most, its users.
