I’m Ryan Otieno Gundo, a detail-oriented virtual assistant and data annotation professional from Kenya. I have about two years of experience supporting customers through Zendesk, handling inbox and ticket workflows, and keeping records accurate while maintaining confidentiality. I’m comfortable working independently in remote environments, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines with consistent quality.

I also have about two years of experience in AI data work with remote annotation tasks, including reviewing, labeling, categorizing, and evaluating text and other data types according to project guidelines.
