I’ve been fortunate to work with many talented people throughout my career. Together, we turned countless ideas and challenges into something tangible— those shared moments of creation remain my greatest source of pride. I began my career as an engineer and have since thrown myself into development, operations, sales, planning, and marketing— spending the past two decades learning every part of how things are built and how they reach people. Over the last ten years, I’ve focused mainly on marketing and data analytics, working across a wide range of business models—from early-stage startups to large enterprises. I’ve had the privilege of being part of projects that shaped new businesses from the ground up (0→1) and helped existing ones grow from 1→10.More recently, I’ve been exploring AI-related work, including data annotation and voice recording projects (Voice Acting / Audio QA), expanding into the field of AI training data. Regardless of title or employment type, I try to keep asking myself one question: what can I contribute to make the world move forward, even a little? That question continues to guide how I learn, create, and grow each day.

Current role on Outlier's Voice Act Project as Voice Actor & Reviewer, delivering 400+ recordings with an average audio quality and naturalness of 4.8/5. Invited to Oracle's invitation-only top performer group within the first weeks of joining. Growth & Marketing Director at oVice, Inc.
September 1, 2020 - August 31, 2022
Joined oVice, a virtual office platform, as the third core member during its early launch phase. Led both sales and marketing, building the foundation from scratch and driving rapid early-stage growth. At the time of joining, only a single demo page existed. Handled key tasks in parallel—webinars, customer support, CRM setup, ad operations, and UI/UX improvements. As the team grew, developed talk scripts, led training, and introduced data visualization tools to build a self-sustaining team. Key Contributions: - Built sales and marketing foundation and streamlined operations - Increased lead acquisition and brand awareness through ad optimization and site improvements - Improved UI/UX, onboarding, and customer engagement - Created sales materials, scripts, and implemented tools for scalable operations Achievements: - Reached ¥240M ARR and 30K DAU within one year of launch - Achieved world’s #2 market share and helped secure over ¥6B in total funding by 2022 - Expanded to 200+ employees and established the core foundation for growth Departed as the company transitioned to a larger, specialized organization. The intense, hands-on experience of building from zero during rapid growth remains one of my most valuable lessons.
