Hello, I am Hazel! I am an independent fashion designer since 2020. Most of my works are needlework being crocheting and sewing. I accept custom orders from clients and release projects that I designed on my own. One of the most memorable projects I had was when I crocheted a dress for Miss Earth Candidate, Yllana Marie Aduana. I also got a digital artist client who designed a vest inspired from the beautiful culture of the Mambabatok Tribe in my country—to which I crocheted in to a wearable vest. I am also a production designer for Solema Films. A filipino-based film production that joins various local contests. Moreover, I advocate for sustainability and eco-consciousness. My practices are slow and ethical. I use scrap and leftover yearns for my projects and turn them in to a whole new piece to encourage people to find beauty in scraps.
