Hi, Im a designer from Manchester. I have worked in the design industry for 14 years. I started my journey with Avalanche Creative a full service design agency where I was able to work on a huge variety of projects from logos, exhibition banners, stationery, websites, brochures, social media. Next I held a position of UI designer at Weaveability who were eventually aquired by NTT Data. Whilst working for both those companies I designed mainly the UI for B2B apps, websites and portals running off SAP. I also covered the design for internal and client based training materials, communications design such as presentation slides, social media, web banners, sharepoint images and infograhics.

uniE621 NTT Data Product Sales Portal
The Brief To modernise and update an existing internal Sales Portal used by NTT teams to showcase and demonstrate the company's SAP product suite to prospective and existing clients. The Challenge The existing portal lacked cohesion, failing to align with the overarching NTT brand identity. Critically, the individual SAP products presented within the portal did not share a consistent visual style, undermining the perception of a unified company offering. The Result The portal underwent a complete visual overhaul, resulting in a cohesive digital experience that fully aligns with the NTT corporate brand standards. A key deliverable was the creation of a comprehensive Design System to ensure consistency across the current portal and streamline the design and development of all future pages. Furthermore, a unique and consistent style, including individual color palettes, was established for each product, significantly enhancing brand recognition and clarity for the sales team and clients.
    uniE621 Communications Design
The Brief To design and implement a comprehensive visual communication style for Kubota's global SAP S/4HANA platform upgrade program, ensuring all information supporting and informing employees throughout the complex transformation process was engaging, consistent, and easily understood. The Challenge The primary challenge was to balance the technical, nature of an enterprise platform upgrade with Kubota's identity, which centers on an "Earth" theme. The communications needed a style that was: To encourage high employee engagement with critical program updates. To extend Kubota's Earth theme (using elements like grass, weather, and the sun, as established in the initial Rich Picture concept) while simplifying the visual representation of a complex system transformation. To create a visual language that helped pull out key information and maintain a consistent, readable flow across all communications. The Result A distinct, branded communications style was successfully developed, integrating Kubota’s core brand colours with the playful and engaging "Earth" theme, making the transformation program feel approachable and relevant. This cohesive visual style was applied across all internal touchpoints to create instant recognition for program communications: The style was implemented across all mediums, including SharePoint banners, internal event materials, team messaging, and PowerPoint presentations. Ongoing support was provided to re-style information. By applying a consistent design framework, critical details were highlighted and readability was dramatically improved, ensuring employees paid attention to the key messages. The client was highly satisfied with the result, leading to the continuous application of the new style across the entire transformation program's lifespan. graphicdesigner designer
    uniE621 Mascot Design - Lexi
The Brief To develop an engaging, branded mascot for the client's internal communications materials. The goal was to inject personality into a serious subject—contract management—thereby improving engagement and making complex information more accessible. The Challenge The core challenge was to design a mascot that balanced professional efficiency with a fun, approachable persona. The character needed to: Relate directly to the function of a contract management company without appearing overly technical or dull. Provide a lighthearted, memorable visual anchor to communication materials, ensuring instant recognition. Be strategically aligned with the team's desired message: speed, efficiency, and reliability. The Result The client's team selected Lexi the Superhero, as the character perfectly embodied the core message of the contract platform: Lexi was chosen for the fun and energetic aspect, specifically referencing the character's ability to deal with issues quickly and efficiently—a true "superhero" for contract management. The mascot successfully humanised the corporate subject matter, immediately making communications more engaging and memorable. Lexi now serves as a central, positive visual element that is readily incorporated into all program materials, reinforcing the client's brand values of speed and efficiency. graphicdesigner illustrator designer
