The renderings focused on multiple shared spaces within the property, including the main lobby, elevator areas, social gathering spaces, and the exterior pool area. Working from architectural drawings and design references, I developed a detailed 3D model and produced high-quality renderings that visualize the proposed upgrades to these areas. The images were created to communicate the design intent, materials, lighting, and spatial layout clearly before construction began. Over 22+ renderings were created alongside a full 3D Rendering Video Walkthrough within a total timeline of 1 1/2 months.
