Hesam Jaferi

Senior Rust Protocol Engineer with 10+ years of experience building high-performance distributed systems, blockchain protocols, and AI infrastructure.

I specialize in Rust protocol engineering and high-performance infrastructure, with hands-on experience across Solana, Polkadot/Substrate, DEXs, GameFi/game protocols, P2P systems, payments, decentralized identity, and cloud infrastructure.

On the AI side, I build AI infrastructure, agentic systems, LLM applications, RAG, model-serving systems, and autonomous digital workers.

My focus is on difficult systems problems where performance, concurrency, reliability, and scalability matter.
