My name is Ignacio Pérez Marín and I am a composer and producer of music for audiovisual media and the performing arts. I trained at the Escuela de Música Moderna in Santiago, Chile, and Berklee College of Music in Boston, USA, where I obtained a Bachelor's degree in Music in Film Scoring. Since the early 2000s, I have been involved in different areas of music production, including composition, arrangements, orchestrations, copywriting, and music editing for various audiovisual projects such as films, series, theater, and recordings, among others. Over the years, he has developed and combined a varied profile not only in the field of music production, but also in teaching and cultural management, obtaining a Master's Degree in Cultural Management from the Open University of Catalonia. In the education field, I have been a professor at five Chilean universities, including the Catholic University of Chile, the University of Chile, the Austral University, Universidad Mayor, and Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, where, through a multidisciplinary and inclusive approach, he focused on training future film directors and producers and future composers for the audiovisual field in the knowledge and appreciation of the production processes involved in the creative work of cinematic and theatrical artistic expressions.
