About
I’m Ian Abuga Nyabutoux, a UX/UI and Product Designer based in Nairobi, Kenya. I design mobile and web experiences with a strong focus on user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI—backed by solid Figma practice and an engineering-aware approach to delivery. My work spans proptech, fintech, agri-tech, and consumer products, where I turn product and customer needs into clear, consistent interfaces and design systems.
I enjoy collaborating with product and technical stakeholders, running usability testing, and iterating based on real feedback. Alongside design, I’ve supported implementation by translating designs into working React/Vite products (including Supabase and M-Pesa integrations) and contributing reusable components and systems that make teams faster and products more reliable.
