paper Senior Citizens Service Association of Saskatoon Website Redesign.

I was asked to help redesign the Senior Citizens Service Association of Saskatoon’s (SCSAS) website after it had been horribly mismanaged, and deleted by a previous company. The organisation’s director had already started building it using Squarespace, but ended up confused shortly after beginning.

I started off of the work accomplished by the director. We stayed in close contact all the way through, with near daily communication. Because of Squarespace’s limitation, we figured out how to best accommodate their organisation’s needs with the resources we had at our disposal.

In the end, we ended up quite satisfied with the result. At the director’s behest, I made some step-by-step guides on how to manage certain functions (like the blog) without requiring my aid. She was so impressed with my services, that I have been told I would be getting contracted again next year when the budget gets renewed.

paper Dominic Parent Realty Website Design and Development.

I was contracted by the client to create a website for their realty business. I designed, and developed the website in WordPress, using various plugins/APIs and additional code where needed.

The client hadn’t much of a brand identity, so they gave me free rein to design and implement as I best saw fit (ultimately with their final approval). I decided on using the colours of their brokerage (Royal Lepage Varsity), with different tints and shades for accents. I researched various other realtors in the area to see what all they did with their website as well, in order to create an effective website.

The client is pleased with their website. We keep in contact, as he desires changes and modifications on occasion.

    paper Kinnaird Bagpipes Website Redesign.

I assisted the team over at 2Web on setting up, and redesigning parts of the client’s website. My part was relatively small, but it provided me with invaluable experience with the tools they used, and their insights on design. I’m still in contact with the client, and aid him from time to time when he desires updates, or changes to the site.
