I own my own studios , created my own sound as an innovated artist, endeavored in multi-genre projects, Ive recorded, engineered, MADE many artists, singers, rap artists, invented a my own specialty mix, I call a #Cyko signature mixdown, because I sort of add a slow down to vocals (like chopped, screwed) add 1-3 overlayer dubs, on any vocal stem, even adlibs, using automation to make the vocals sound more darker (sinister), but I DO NOT slow the Speed of the vocals at all!!..[An example ; if the vocals play from 1:02 -1:05, than the vocals will still play at that time] I rather Write Less and show YOU😇, overall I rather #Sayless 🤭 I did most of this because I wanted to learn how to do it for myself. Yes, recording myself as an Artist , meant I had to learn to mix, engineer , my sounds...(Nobody would help me with rap music, or teach me, Almost everyone who knew about music, recording, and even close friends and family told me, MUSIC is not for you.!) 🙄. But later, I noticed the obsession of learning something for my self becoming more and more of what some people might pay for as a service rendered! 😳 yeah , I went to a community college and took their music progam, acquired the basic music certificate , and tech diploma..I believe it made me a logic certified person or something. So, Yes, I had to learn to make beats? YES, I Understand how to make and produce beats, but I do not offer that as a service. And every beat I have made, I will keep for myself . 😝💥🔥 Also one beat would take me too long to make because of my perfectionism aspect , I suffer in this studio music business life 😓 I would rather call my perfectionism an upstanding merit, rather than a trait.. In essence, my perfectionism gives me the capability to become a genius as I coincide with both polarities in my work, Thus I am also labeled "insane" from within the realm of thought, looking from the perspective of half cup full/empty. Again, I did it for my own love and creative escape... learning many ways to manipulate frequencies, finnesse sounds, mastering and manifesting this whole music reality.
