I am Jacob Bright, a multidisciplinary composer, orchestrator and musician based in Castle Cary, Somerset, UK. I specialise in orchestration, arrangement and production; create electronic demos of orchestral scores; oversee the recording and production of these pieces; and generate assets for performance or recording. I love blending live performance with digital workflows to bring a score to life. My work consists of a combination of concert and recorded commissions. My music has been used across all media platforms, including TV, film, videogames, corporate events, theme parks and theatres. I work across all acoustic instruments and electronics, with a strong command of Pro Tools, Sibelius and Dante networking. I’m comfortable in both studio and live settings, enjoy collaborating with orchestras and performers, and have extensive experience with offline mixing desks, microphones, synthesizers, and a range of DAWs.
