    Prometidos is an 8-minute 2D animated short film that blends absurd comedy, romantic fantasy, and elements of gore to explore love from an irreverent and emotionally imperfect perspective. The project establishes a visual narrative of contrast between a naïve, colorful aesthetic and a more adult storyline, where physical humor and exaggeration coexist with the characters’ emotional vulnerability.

    As an author, my work focuses on exploring uncomfortable humor, the grotesque, and emotional depth within seemingly light narratives, building universes where the cute and the violent coexist as a reflection of complex human relationships.
