Edited a dynamic social media highlight for the Love or Lust? podcast, transforming a long-form conversation into a compelling short-form video designed to maximize audience engagement and retention.

This project involved:

As part of a media production organization, I served as Creative Director and Production Coordinator for the Lagos Business School annual flagship events Alumni Day and the Presidential Dinner across two consecutive editions (2024 and 2025).

In this role, I led the creative and production coordination for a multi-day, high-profile institutional event, overseeing the execution of live event coverage and ensuring smooth collaboration between all production departments. I coordinated the production team responsible for multi-camera livestream coverage, ensuring seamless execution under tight event schedules and maintaining broadcast quality throughout both days of the program.

Beyond live production, I supervised the creative direction of the visual output, shaping how key moments were captured to align with the institution’s tone and prestige. After the events, I led the post-production process, editing highlight films that distilled two days of programming into engaging, narrative-driven recaps optimized for digital and social media platforms.

This documentary captures the transformative impact of the Dev Matrix Scholarship Programme through the authentic stories of its beneficiaries. From pre-production through principal photography, I directed the creative execution, coordinating the production team and working closely with the Director of Photography, Gaffer, Production Manager, and Sound Engineer to ensure every department contributed to a cohesive final product.

During post-production, I edited the commercial, crafting the story through engaging pacing, seamless transitions, and polished visuals. To achieve the highest production quality, I brought in a dedicated sound engineer for professional audio mixing and mastering, as well as a subtitle specialist to ensure accessibility and a refined viewing experience.
