Parsed raw GHL export data across roughly a dozen business locations and consolidated it into a single structured master CSV. Cleaned inconsistent fields, standardized naming, and delivered a reporting-ready file for client use.
Designed and built Convrtit, a lead-to-conversation infrastructure system. Inbound leads are routed through a diagnostic chatbot, scored 0 to 100 on readiness, and classified as hot, warm, or cold. Hot leads are delivered with a full qualification brief. Built entirely on Make.com and Google Sheets with no CRM dependency.
Built and managed GHL automation workflows across a portfolio of 10+ fitness and wellness locations. Work included trigger architecture, tag logic, pipeline routing, and onboarding flows. Identified fragility points and documented SOPs for each system to ensure nothing broke silently across locations.
Audited an existing CRM that suffered from inconsistent tagging, duplicate records, and broken automations.
I rebuilt the segmentation logic, standardized tags and custom fields, and implemented lifecycle-based automations to move contacts cleanly through stages such as new lead, engaged, qualified, and inactive.
