Jessica Hackett

I am a professional opera singer and musical theatre performer with extensive international experience. For the past two years, I have toured worldwide with the Phantom of the Opera, understudying the roles of Christine and Carlotta while working consistently to a high professional standard in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Prior to this, I worked with Irish National Opera for two years as a member of the company chorus, travelling extensively to perform in a wide range of productions while also covering principal roles, which required strong musical preparation, adaptability, and collaboration within large creative teams. Alongside my performing career, I have substantial experience in administrative, IT, and management roles, including work within a recruitment agency where I managed systems, scheduling, and detailed administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and discretion. I am highly organised, detail-oriented, a strong communicator and team player, and I bring a calm, professional, and proactive approach to any role I take on.
