Integrated an LLM (Claude Sonnet 3.7) into the Spring Boot + React.js platform to analyze customer emails/SMS along with prior conversation logs and decide if tickets required human action. Automatically closed tickets needing no further action, reducing support load by 10% and ensuring customer support staff only handled cases that required human review. Worked with the customer support team to gather questions, then built a RAG-based LangChain + FAISS FAQ chatbot that retrieves answers, reducing repetitive queries and enabling more customer questions to be resolved automatically.

Research Intern at Devang Patel Institute of Advance Technology and Research

Contributed significantly to indoor scene classification research using transfer learning, benchmarking 13 pre-trained Keras models (ResNet, Inception, DenseNet, EfficientNet-B0 to B7, etc.) at multiple epochs (5, 10, 15) on a dataset of 4,500+ campus facility images across four categories. Achieved around 99% accuracy on test data (4 classes) and co-authored an IEEE paper. Developed an Android app (Java/XML + TensorFlow Lite, Firebase backend) to classify facilities from captured/uploaded images; built a web interface for admins to update facility information consumed by the app. Boosted model performance through augmentation and preprocessing (resizing, normalization, flips, rotations) and evaluated accuracy and interpretability using Grad-CAM heatmaps and ROC curves.

Unified AI Chat Platform (Project) at Independent Project

Created an interactive web application that integrates multiple large language models (ChatGPT, Claude Sonnet, Gemini) to generate and compare AI responses for user queries.
