I’m João Magalhães, a camera operator and post-production professional based in Porto, working across camera work, colour grading, and production support. I’m especially drawn to filming people up close, creating a comfortable, collaborative on-set experience while shaping the final look and feel in post. During my degree in Digital Arts and Multimedia, I made three short films—documentary, fiction, and an Unreal Engine-directed project—and through my projects I built strong skills in editing, lighting, virtual camera work, and colour.
