Developed procedures for VR training simulations for light rail systems and micro-biology labs, focusing on procedural accuracy, instructional design, and multilingual accessibility. Achievements: two VR simulators covering 10 industry-specific procedures; interactive tutorials and assessments; localization supporting 5+ languages.
