• Launch of a “smartbuilding” web & mobile application to support the transition to new building : from design to roll-out in less than 9 months

PMO for the successful integration of business process between Jazz and GW Pharmaceuticals, following their merger in the USA :

• Project successfully led through top 5 priority business streams for critical processes (finance, brand planning, market access, product launch, evidence management) and ad-hoc operational support on a selected number of projects, across 10 countries of the Europe & international region
• Deadlines and deliverables all met thanks to performance monitoring and relevant tools (Smartsheet, Within 3, Loom…)
• Heavy stakeholders engagement (ranging from C-Suite in Europe, subject-matter and operational experts, as well as the whole project team and global PMO in the US) maintained throughout the project thanks to innovative video communication

PMO for DRIVE: an ambitious program to modernize Sanofi’s 6 corporate functions around 3 pillars : mirror the Commercial Organization and make corporate functions more “lean”, transfer relevant activities to Business Operations and digitize & automate processes, leveraging AI

• Set-up governance + dashboard and monitoring tools with quarterly adjustments according to needs for Digital; Legal, Ethics & Business integrity; Finance; Procurement; Corporate Affairs; People & Culture
• Preparation and execution of the social dialogue cycle at European level, then in each relevant market until the implementation of the new organization

Team coordination on 6 priority workstreams (Org. Design, Processes & ways of working, Transfer to Business Operations, Tech & AI, Implementation and Change management)
