This project involved the full 3D visualization of a major multi‑level retail development located in Sesto San Giovanni, Milan. The objective was to create a complete set of photorealistic visuals showcasing the architectural concept, circulation flow, interior atmosphere, and commercial identity of the new mall. The work supported design reviews, stakeholder presentations, and long‑term planning throughout more than a year of development.
I was responsible for building and maintaining the entire 3D environment across multiple floors, including architectural modeling, large‑scale scene assembly, vegetation integration, PBR materials, lighting, and high‑resolution rendering. The project required managing complex geometry, multiple design iterations, and a consistent visual language across retail zones, atriums, bridges, escalators, and public spaces. I also contributed to the artistic direction, ensuring clarity, realism, and strong visual storytelling in every deliverable.
The final visuals provided a comprehensive and realistic preview of the mall, helping the design team validate spatial planning, façade treatments, interior finishes, and tenant distribution. The imagery played a key role in communicating the project vision to stakeholders and supported decision‑making throughout the development cycle. The work established a strong visual foundation for the project’s next phases.
