Hi, I’m Justine Charlet, an apparel and footwear designer focused on CMF, 3D design, and pattern making for sneakers and fashion. I enjoy turning concepts into tangible products with attention to color, materials, and finish, while collaborating across teams to balance aesthetics with production feasibility.

Currently at Balenciaga, I lead CMF initiatives for sneaker projects and work with design, marketing, and production to push innovative colorways, materials, and shapes. My background from ESMOD Paris and hands-on experience with Balenciaga and Salomon have shaped my approach to sketching, digital tooling, and prototyping to bring ideas from vision to sample.
