Co-founded and developed a live real estate marketplace in production. Designed and implemented backend architecture using Django and Django REST Framework; engineered a PostgreSQL schema with optimized queries; developed a React + TypeScript SPA; implemented JWT authentication with HTTP-only cookies; built a real-time messaging system; designed role-based dashboards and property management workflows; managed end-to-end production deployment (Vercel frontend, Render backend) and ongoing platform optimization.

Coordinated and managed Android projects with stakeholders, oversaw installation and maintenance of IKEA’s queuing system, led the development and deployment of Sedco Queuing Systems across EAC locations, collaborated on the Smart City Project with Nicosia Municipality (infopoint installation/configuration and content design), and developed a diagnostic tool for real-time monitoring of media players and system health. Conducted regular client meetings in Cyprus and Iraq, maintained cross-functional communication, monitored timelines, and provided prompt support for unattended terminals, culminating in detailed status updates to the General Manager.

Participated in automation projects for the City of Dreams Mediterranean Hotel (installation/configuration of automated door systems), supported deployment of security camera systems for the University of Nicosia, assisted with server setup and network infrastructure, and coordinated tasks with technicians, suppliers, and clients to meet milestones while contributing to on-site troubleshooting and issue resolution.
