K.M. Lee

Hi, I’m Katerina M. Lee Schurek, a passionate illustrator and animator based in Philadelphia. I hold a BFA in Illustration from the University of the Arts and have cultivated a broad skill set including motion-illustrated music videos, concept art, character design, and gallery curation. My creative work spans digital and physical mediums, and I enjoy collaborating on unique projects that blend art and animation.

I’ve co-produced and curated exhibitions such as Queer Night at the Batcave, managing artists, performances, and promotional campaigns. Beyond illustration, I work as an assistant gallery manager and have experience teaching art to K-12 students. My creative journey is fueled by collaboration, innovation, and bringing visual stories to life across different platforms.
