Gibson had a bold aspiration, a space that transcends the conventional concept of a guitar shop and create an experience reminiscent of their acclaimed flagship space in Nashville. Their vision went beyond merely selling guitars; it aimed to encapsulate the soul of Nashville within the bustling streets of London, the second of its kind for the brand. Our mission was clear: to craft an environment that resonated with the essence of Gibson, providing a space for everyone to enjoy.

Euroclear set out to create a workspace that embodied their values of connectivity and innovation. They pictured a streamlined, unified environment that would bring their people together on a single floor to support a culture of open communication and collaboration. With a bold concept in place, rich with bespoke joinery and detailing, Euroclear required an inspiring and cohesive space that reflected their dynamic spirit. With a tight timeline of just eight weeks to begin the fit out and a further 13 weeks on
site, Euroclear sought a partner who could bring this vision to life with precision and flexibility.

This project was won when at Morgan Lovell. It is currently on site. However I left the business before it finished.
A private investment firm with established offices in New York and Dallas, wanted to move into their first London space and required a fit out that made a splash. The aim was to appeal to potential London partners by creating a statement, client-facing area that included a reception, tea point and meeting room. Beyond that, Arctos required an open plan office space for their people, with additional meeting and teapoint facilities. Arctos called for clear and effective communication throughout the project because of the decision makers being based in the US. They needed concise and informative updates to ensure alignment and progress tracking. Sustainability was also a priority for Arctos with sustainable features included in the design.

An overseas client approached me to refurbish their company flat in Gibraltar, with a brief to create a high-end yet neutral space suitable for their executive team visiting from Northern Ireland. Located in an iconic area by the marina with stunning views of the sea, the design ethos focused on celebrating these breathtaking vistas while ensuring the interior felt both welcoming and functional for the team. The space needed to strike a balance between sophistication and comfort, offering a seamless transition
between the outdoors and the home. To enhance the open, airy feel, we replaced the dividing partition between the corridor and the open-plan kitchen-living space with a glass partition, allowing natural light to flow freely and making the space feel more connected. By using a neutral color palette and carefully selected materials, the design enhances the flat’s natural beauty, ensuring that the views remain the focal point while providing an elegant, contemporary setting for the clients to enjoy during their stay.

This is a private project I secured and was appointed to work on design concept & costing document before local trades took over the delivery side.
This concept design was developed for a serviced office provider, drawing strong inspiration from the building’s 1960s character. The existing features - terrazzo and concrete flooring, along with brass handrails - guided the overall aesthetic, with the aim of reinterpreting that mid-century materiality in a contemporary way. I proposed repairing and polishing the existing concrete floor to retain its authenticity, complemented by darker-toned timber joinery to introduce warmth and contrast. Texture played a key role in the scheme, with recycled leather ribbed panels adding depth to wall finishes, while concrete-effect tiles were used to clad columns. To soften the long communal corridor and create a more engaging spatial rhythm, I reimagined the existing rectangular columns as rounded forms. An exposed ceiling, sprayed in black, was introduced to bring a sense of drama and cohesion to the space. Although the project was ultimately cancelled before reaching site, the design demonstrates a thoughtful response to the building’s heritage and spatial challenges.

This project was designed and pitched at the peak of the COVID lockdown, with all client meetings and internal collaboration carried out via Teams. Despite the new ways of working at that time, the process was highly coordinated, with thorough team rehearsals ensuring a clear and confident design pitch - ultimately helping to secure the project. Located in the heart of Mayfair, the client’s brief focused on refurbishing their existing office while encompassing their heritage and banking history through design. The concept balances tradition with modernity, creating a space that feels sophisticated, considered, and warm, with subtle references that reinforce the brand’s legacy without feeling overly formal or dated.

Kobalt Music Group had a specific vision – to move into a new office space without the traditional corporate feel. We brought this vision to life by embracing Kobalt’s branding and repurposing a significant amount of furniture from their old office to ensure the move didn’t feel like a restart but an evolution. The decision to reuse furniture also reflects the client’s commitment to sustainability. This combination infuses personality into the space and creates a homely feel while maintaining a tasteful, subtle level of branding.

For the serviced office brand Spaces at Lochrin Square in Edinburgh, the design deliberately moves away from the brand’s typical light Scandinavian aesthetic to embrace a more industrial character that responds to the building’s architecture. Raw textures, deeper tones, and layered materials create a grounded, atmospheric environment while still maintaining a sense of warmth and usability. The space is elevated through a carefully curated selection of furniture from Vitra, Carl Hansen & Søn, and Fritz Hansen, complemented by bespoke pieces that add uniqueness and identity. Together, these elements create a refined yet characterful workspace that feels intentionally composed rather than standardized.

For the design proposal for Runway East’s new serviced office space at 200 Aldersgate, the goal was to create an environment that resonates with the dynamic energy of the City of London while staying true to Runway East’s brand ethos of creativity, collaboration, and flexibility. Drawing inspiration from the surrounding area, I integrated architectural elements that reference the area’s rich history and modern urban landscape - think industrial textures, monolithic shapes and a balance of raw and refined
materials. The brief also asked for an element of surprise, leading me to incorporate a hidden feature - a secret door inspired by the sleek, mysterious qualities of Brutalist architecture and the era of space exploration. These influences shape a design that feels both grounded and forward-thinking, with open, flexible workspaces, creative breakout zones, and communal areas that encourage interaction. By merging the local environment with the brand’s values, the proposal aims to provide a unique,
inspiring, and functional space that supports the needs of its creative and entrepreneurial community.

For this client’s office, the design approach centered on seamlessly integrating the character of the building with their values of sustainability, wellbeing, and discretion. Set within a contemporary architectural context, the interior celebrates the building’s structural elements - exposed brick, generous natural light, and sweeping views of the Thames - while creating a calm, high-end atmosphere suited to private banking. Emphasis was placed on biophilic design principles to support employee wellbeing, incorporating natural materials, greenery, and quiet zones for focused work. Sustainability was a driving force throughout, with responsibly sourced materials, energy-efficient systems, and the reuse of select furniture pieces from previous locations. The result is a refined yet grounded workspace that reflects client’s progressive outlook while honoring its heritage.

Following a change in mindset, Jägermeister decided they wanted to place their business, people and brand in the center of London, where trends start and thrive with a future focus. Recognizing London as a key location for the events industry, they decided they wanted to create a new hybrid office/event space. The new office had to embody their mission of creating the “best nights of your life today and tomorrow”. The space needed to be highly brand-driven, flexible enough to host events and functional with an open plan desk area, meeting rooms and a boardroom. They also wished to reuse as much furniture from their old space as possible and sought a hassle-free fit out experience that would allow them to continue business operations with
minimal disruption.

Reading International project—what I often referred to as a “beast”—was a uniquely complex brief that extended far beyond a typical concept design. Located just outside Reading, the proposal encompassed not only interior strategy but also landscaping, alongside broader investigations into how architecture could influence the building envelope and surrounding road infrastructure. It marked the first step in our collaboration with Alchemy Asset Management, requiring us to pitch the project twice as the brief evolved. Although the feedback was extremely positive, we ultimately lost out due to limited experience in infrastructure design. Even so, the strength of the proposal established a valuable relationship with Alchemy, paving the way for future opportunities and continued collaboration.
