R&D Chassis Design Engineer (Contractor) at Alten Belgium, Toyota Motor Europe

March 1, 2023 - Present

Led the development of OEM & accessory aluminum and steel wheels for Toyota’s Yaris, Yaris X, Aygo X, Corolla models and future mobility projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements, quality and regulation standards. Managed 18 wheel developments fully or partially under supervision since 2023. Directed planning, requirements setting (test load calculations), design optimization, FEA calculations, bench test results assessment, assembly topics, VA/VE, and produced detailed planning, prototype and production specification sheets.
