Tollefson Swimming is a local family run small swim school and team that operates under the umbrella of USA Swimming. It was in desperate need of marketing help when my children joined in 2019. I created branding guidelines and update brochures and flyers every year, as well as help maintain/proof the two team websites (one for the competition team and one for the non-competition lessons and training groups). We have built the social media presences to engage with swimmers and have a robust presence amongst other teams and swim organizations. This year I convinced the head of the need to combine multiple documents into an athlete and parent handbook which has gone over like gangbusters. I provide photography for these materials as well from action shots of swimmers to headshots of coaching staff.

VETSports is a non-profit that focuses on assimilating Veterans back into civilian life through the camaraderie of sports (softball leagues, triathalons, bowling, etc). Their biggest fundraiser every year is a gala which requires a brochure with agenda, award nominees, sponsor information, etc. There’s also ancillary design and printing needs such as posters and signage for events, directions, auction items, etc.
