• Instructing all age ranges from kids to adults in group and private lessons, expressing my passion of skiing in my lessons by adapting activities to the clientele. An important part of the job includes motivating others to achieve their goals and ensure retention in the industry • The role also includes helping with operations around the resort, from front of house duties to ski equipment fitting; these all add towards creating a positive and welcoming environment and atmosphere. Incorporating customer involvement through the ski teams helps to promote and sell private lessons and start building a student profile. • Leadership has been a very important role in instructing; with the title of a role model to the kids and a teacher adults trust. Internal leadership was vital especially with the children classes with 40 guests enrolled in one class and being the team leader to delegate class size and ensure safety and progression.

A lot of my photos were used for daily updates on social media channels, due to the team being very small it was great to demonstrate my skills and build experience. • My aim was to create and show a ‘magical’ experience of what the mountain has to offer; whist educating guest on the importance and cultural factors the mountain is build off. Content and Social Media placement at Northampton Saints

• Work alongside the marketing team at an established premiership sports club and was given the responsibility of managing and growing the U18’s social accounts (following on twitter grew by 20% over the year). Time management was crucial in this role, ensuring posts were uploaded at a given time to generate high interaction rates; this was then measured by comparing the data from that post with previous content, understanding the changing consumer behaviour. My written communication and interpersonal skills, significantly improved through tweeting live action updates to social media and altering the vocabulary when necessary to put a positive spin on negative outcomes. • Worked match days for both the first team and u18s, running the social media pages with additional photography jobs at training. Developed many skills, from new software including iMovie to edit highlight videos and Adobe Photoshop to create match-day graphics which would generate around 15,000- 40,000 views. • Used a variety of software to collect data on all social media platforms: Blink Fire, Business Suite and Instagram/ LinkedIn insights, this was vital to ensure the team reached the desired targets.
