Led the end-to-end research and design of Stellantis's Auto-Drive Cockpit, creating a multi-modal UX ecosystem (visual, audible, tactile, haptic) that improved user trust, reduced cognitive load, and enabled scalable integration across vehicle platforms. Increased UX consistency and safety compliance by converting benchmarking insights into system-wide design principles adopted by multiple infotainment. Raised design quality and development velocity by establishing scalable interaction models reused across AR-HUD, Central Display, and Cluster. Provided proactive team leadership, mentoring junior designers, facilitating workshops, and running critiques that accelerated iteration cycles and alignment of cross-functional teams.

Designed and validated HMI for Assisted, Autonomous, and Remote Driving systems. Developed globally converged ADAS HMI logic, flows, and interaction design. Supervised GUI design and conducted user testing with data analysis for design validation.

Led UX and HMI strategy and design for autonomous driving and remote maneuvering applications. Applied user-centric and system-centric methods to design innovative interaction models. Managed cross-functional teams across suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders. Evaluated UX, HMI, and ergonomic design solutions through expert and user testing.
