Insura- Revamping the agent portal

The Insura Agent Portal is a digital platform designed for agents of Insura — a joint venture between an Indian conglomerate and an international insurance group — to create quotes, proposals, and policies across multiple sectors such as motor, health, travel, marine, and commercial insurance.

The existing portal had an unstructured flow, making it difficult for agents to manage lengthy processes and large volumes of data efficiently.

To address this, the project focused on simplifying workflows through a clear, intuitive design.

One of the major challenges was implementing a neumorphic design style with limited existing references, leading to the creation of a custom style guide. Additionally, with over 200 user flows and millions of users, each design decision was carefully planned to ensure a seamless transition and a consistent user experience.
