I am a hardworking student who has just completed my A Levels at Durham Sixth Form Centre and I am about to start studying for my degree at York St John's University. I am motivated to look for a part-time job as a way to further improve my communication skills with both members of the public and colleagues, while I also have an incentive to build up my CV to support my studies and gain valuable work experience. I have been a member of the Army Cadets in Durham for nearly 4 years and this has helped me develop great skills in teamwork and communication with other people. I have also completed my First Aid Award which has improved my self-motivation and further enhanced my ability to work as a team. I have spent the last 4 years in the Army Cadets in Durham where I have improved my leadership skills, helped me to gain my independence and improve my communication skills. Being an Army Cadet means I have developed good work ethics. I also believe that I am an excellent team player, while I can also be trusted to work confidently on my own. I also have great skills in IT and have a vast understanding of how computers work. I have also built my own working pc and so have a great understanding of how Computers physically work.
