    Client: Vista Residence Luxury Apartments Objective: Showcase the lifestyle and spacious, light-filled interiors of Vista Residence to a design-conscious audience, using the aspirational and serene appeal of artistic creation. Concept & Execution: I partnered with popular art influencer Bichi Mao for a collaborative workshop set entirely within a Vista Residence model unit. The 60-second hero video was a seamless flow of two perspectives: Collaborative Creation in Action: The scene transitions to us working side-by-side at a spacious kitchen island (doubling as a studio worktable). The sequence showcases a cohesive, stylish art piece coming to life through our combined techniques, emphasizing the unit's functionality for passion projects. Clean, dynamic shots focused on our hands applying paint, with the elegant apartment interior as the backdrop. My Role: video editor, graphic designer, copywriter Results: The video achieved a high 4.8% engagement rate on Instagram, significantly above industry benchmarks for property marketing. Successfully positioned Vista Residence as an enabler of creativity and refined modern living, moving beyond standard amenity tours. The collaboration leveraged Bichi Mao's authoritative aesthetic to lend credibility and aspirational quality to the brand, reaching an audience of aspiring artists and design enthusiasts.

    Project: “Mont Marte x Pedro the Raccoon” Viral Meme Series

    Client: Mont Marte Art Supplies

    Objective: Boost brand visibility and engagement among a younger, meme-savvy social media audience by humorously associating Mont Marte’s accessible, high-quality supplies with a trending internet character.

    Concept & Execution:
    I conceptualized and produced a series of short-form video memes featuring “Pedro the Raccoon”.

    Each 15-20 second video followed a simple, repetitive format:

    Setup: Pedro is discovered in a cozy, studio-like setting intensely focused on a canvas.

    Reveal: The camera pans to reveal he is using pristine Mont Marte acrylics, brushes, or a palette.

    My Role: Creative Direction, Scripting, Painting Performance (as the “hands” of Pedro), Filming, and Editing.

    Results:

    Successfully translated a trending meme into authentic, on-brand content that highlighted product quality in a fun, relatable way.

    Established a playful brand persona that resonated with the target community.
